As another year is speedily approaching its end I have been reflecting on the importance of the support gained from others doing similar things.
This year I have had the privilege of being involved with a Business Coaching Program, which is a training facility of Nabec.
Establishing, and growing a business of any kind is very challenging, but the support, new direction and shared successes of others in the group has given me new ideas and added incentive to keep going.
It is a great shame that these programs may no longer be available next year due to withdraw of State Government funding.
